My name is Joep. I’m a project manager with a deep passion for technology, outdoor spaces, and bringing beautiful projects to life.

Over the past few years in the field, one thing has struck me time and again: many projects don’t run into trouble during construction, but rather in the phase leading up to it. The drawings are ready, everyone is eager to get started, but once on site, there are still many important decisions to be made.

Consider earthwork, elevations, underground infrastructure, drainage, construction routes, and the practical approach to implementation. Often, this requires multiple parties, and there is no one to oversee the big picture and bridge the gap between design and implementation.

That’s the idea behind PreBase. Not as a theoretical consulting firm, but as a hands-on partner that contributes ideas based on experience both on the construction site and in project management.

In recent years, I have worked as a project manager on a wide range of projects in civil engineering, infrastructure, sports fields, green roofs, and complex site developments.
